Neurosymbolic cognitive AI · applied research lab

Reliable AI that can explain itself.

Cybernetika is a neurosymbolic cognitive AI applied research lab. We build intuitive systems that pair probabilistic LLMs with deterministic reasoning — holding 99% task completion on the hardest business work, where the best frontier models alone manage 43.3%.

Research

A hybrid discipline.

Neurosymbolic cognitive AI combines probabilistic reasoning — LLMs — with symbolic deterministic reasoning: knowledge graphs and formal logic. The two fields spent decades as rivals. Married, they produce systems that are reliable and explainable through the deterministic toolkit, and flexible to inputs beyond their explicit programming through the probabilistic one.

Neither half can do the whole job. The model decides what a message means; the deterministic layer decides what may happen because of it. Alone, the first is confident about a ledger it cannot check, and the second is exact about a world that keeps changing shape.

Fig. 1 — Completion against cost, on multi-participant, multi-step business workflows in domains Foxy has models for. The best frontier model completes 75% of typical tasks and 43.3% of complex ones; Foxy holds 99% on both, at a third of the cost per task and about ten times the speed. Mercor Apex benchmark; cost indexed to Foxy = 1×.

The system · Foxy

Research applied to real-world scenarios.

Foxy is an AI business enablement platform for executives, enterprise teams, and small businesses — out-of-the-box solutions for common operations, readily extensible for bespoke use cases. It performs reliably and independently in defined and undefined environments, tracking and completing long-horizon tasks autonomously and escalating to colleagues with full context when needed.

Policy-enforced data layer

Decides which facts an agent may see. Attribute-level policy, data lineage, and a complete history of every change.

Real-time deterministic reasoning

Recomputes the state of the business the moment anything changes. No stale answers, no drift.

Fixed identity

Every LLM runs under a fixed identity that can only write inside a validated transaction.

Provenance

Every action lands with a complete record of who did it, what changed, and why.

FoxyKnowledge

Start with one workflow. Extend across the business.

FoxyKnowledge is a package library of cross-functional business data and process models that automatically stitch together — spanning accounting, receivables and payables, sales, CRM, project management, workforce, and healthcare. When two packages meet, the connections between them switch on by themselves. Adding a package is an install; the integration work already happened inside the library.

Fig. 3 — One payment chase drawing on the package library in sequence: the overdue invoice from receivables, the lease and tenant from real estate, the contact preference from CRM, the outreach through channels, and the ledger entry in accounting. Every step reads and writes the same shared record.

For deeper correlations, built-in dreaming runs reflective passes across conversations, structured data, and documents — and brings back connections nobody asked it to find.

Results

Measured on the hardest work.

In complex multi-participant, multi-step workflows, Foxy beats the frontier — including Claude Fable 5. Typical tasks complete at 99%, at about a third of the cost and ten times the speed; known complex tasks hold 99% where the best frontier models manage 43.3%.

What that looks like as work.

Healthcare

Patient experience

Intake, scheduling, and follow-up across the systems a provider already runs. Foxy answers with the record and the policy in view, books and reschedules, chases missing authorizations, and hands off to staff with the whole thread attached when a decision needs a person.

Real estate

Tenant management

Leasing, maintenance, and rent across a portfolio. A tenant texts about a leak; Foxy grades the urgency, dispatches the vendor, tracks the work order to close, and posts the charge to the right ledger — chasing renewals and late rent on its own schedule.

TeamFoxy

The small business back office

The same substrate, self-service. TeamFoxy arrives with its own email address and phone number: it answers the calls, books the work, schedules the crew, invoices, chases payment, and keeps the books tax-ready.

Two ways in

From the solo operator to the enterprise.

The same substrate serves a lawn care company and a hospital system. That range is what a substrate is for — and it is why Cybernetika sells two ways at once.

Enterprise · with FDE support

For complex existing processes.

Foxy ingests, organizes, and operationalizes data across the systems an enterprise already runs — building a unified view while normalizing and triaging anomalies. Missing a billing address or a PO? Foxy finds and asks the right person on Slack, reaches out to the counterparty directly, and writes the ledger records with its deterministic tools.

Natural-language configuration, observability, and policy controls let non-technical users expand what Foxy does — trust that holds in sensitive, regulated environments.

Initial packages: sales support, accounting, CRM, AP/AR automation, ERP consolidation, supply chain, workforce planning. Standard connectors for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, NetSuite.
